SHIPPING: (please read carefully before making a purchase)
All ready-to-ship items are sent out within 3 - 5 working days, regardless of shipping method. If you need your order shipped out sooner, please contact me as I am often able to fast-track this.
Pieces that are not ready-to-ship will take longer, and I will give you a time frame as soon as I am able.
I will contact you when I ship your item and provide you with your shipping details and tracking number if applicable.
Items shipped within Australia will be sent via Express Post which takes 1 - 3 working days to arrive. Please provide me with your phone number when you make a purchase, so I can write it on the package for extra security.
All international orders are shipped via International Standard Post unless otherwise requested, which takes 5 - 15 working days. All Standard Shipping automatically includes tracking.

All shipping is UNINSURED unless specifically requested. If you would like to purchase insurance on your parcel, please contact me and I will calculate the extra cost to do so and will advise you of the new cost of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for any Customs import taxes that may be imposed.
If you choose an UNTRACKED method of shipping, please be aware that there is no way for me to track this item and that you are relying on your local postal system for a safe and timely delivery.
Your purchase will be carefully packaged in a gift box and will be sent in a bubble-wrap postal bag.
Refunds & Returns:
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault as a result of craftmanship, please contact me so that I can arrange one of the following: repair of the item, refund or exchange. The item needs to be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, before the refund will be released.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can look into this. Eligibility for a refund on items damaged in transit will depend upon the shipping option chosen.
